Oswego Point Condominium

The Situation

Following the passing of her father, our client was ready to reclaim and refresh her home, a space that had been shaped by years of care and unique circumstances. The condominium required a thoughtful reconfiguration: the kitchen was cramped and dark, the living room lacked storage, and the master bath and closet were insufficient for her evolving needs. Floors were inconsistent, walls were marked by smoke, and overall flow was disrupted.

Project Details

Together, we assessed each space to determine what could be preserved, what needed remodeling, and how Senior Lifestyles considerations could be seamlessly integrated to support comfort, accessibility, and long-term usability.

Through Curation, we retained cherished elements and integrated them with a refined, cohesive design. Transformation involved remodeling the kitchen, living room, and master areas—removing soffits, creating custom cabinetry and built-ins, optimizing storage, and introducing thoughtful finishes that enhanced both beauty and functionality. In Manifestation, every detail, from lighting and furnishings to specialized storage and layout adjustments, was executed with precision. The project was completed ahead of schedule, enabling the client to return home comfortably and begin the next chapter of her life in a space that is elegant, highly functional, and entirely personal.
